From a single boat to an industry leader

More than 30 years ago it all started… with a passion for the sea and the first boat. Over the years, with respect for tradition and business values, we have built a strong position in the market. Today, we are a thriving company that combines experience with modernity, offering fresh, high-quality fish and comprehensive catching, processing and distribution services.
1991
First boat, first fishing

In Chłopy we set off on a family adventure - a one-man, one wooden fishing boat, big dreams and fresh fish caught with our own hands.

1993
Expansion of our business

In 1993 we bought two more units, which allowed us to expand our fishing activities. We started to sell fish directly from the fishing harbour in Chlopy, supplying local fryeries with fresh products.

2000
Modernising the fishing fleet

In 2000, old fishing units were modernised and replaced by new, more modern units. This improved the efficiency and safety of fishing activities.

2004
Kamienne Oczko is being created

In 2004, the construction of the first guesthouse in Chlopy, on Sztormowa Street, under the name ‘Kamienne Oczko’ began. This is an important step in the development of tourism activities in the region.

2009
Rebuilding of fishing boxes in Chlopy

In 2009, the fishing boxes at the Chlopy marina were rebuilt, improving working conditions for fishermen and increasing the functionality of the marina.

2010
Opening of a shop and fish smokehouse

In 2010, the first shop and fish smokehouse was opened in the reconstructed fishing boxes at the marina in Chlopy. This is another step in the development of local business, offering smoked and fresh fish straight from the sea.

2012
SEAFOOD brand is born

In 2012, a new generation took over the business, purchasing a fishing unit and opening SEAFOOD. In addition, the first vehicle designed for the transport of fresh fish was purchased, allowing distribution to grow.

2013
Launch of fresh fish procurement

In 2013, the official purchase of fresh fish from local fishermen was launched, allowing the raw material to be supplied to regional processors, supporting the local economy and increasing the availability of fresh fish on the market.

2015
Extension of the offer with frozen fish

In 2015, the company introduced frozen fish, covering buying, selling, importing and exporting. This expansion of the business has allowed it to reach a wider domestic and international market.

2016
Opening of a modern cold store

In 2016, the company moved its headquarters to Bedzin and opened a state-of-the-art freezer facility. This enabled it to start wholesale supply of fish and seafood to the HoReCa industry in the coastal belt.

2017
Opening of branches in Dziwnów and Kołobrzeg

In 2017, the company opened branches in the fishing ports of Dziwnów and Kołobrzeg, allowing direct purchase of fresh fish from the local fishing community. This is a step towards strengthening ties with regional producers.

2018
Our first restaurant

In 2018, the company opened its first seasonal restaurant in Ustronie Morskie, offering fresh fish and seafood in a coastal atmosphere, enriching the region's tourist offer.

2019
Opening of the first all-year-round restaurant in Chłopy

In 2019, the first year-round fish restaurant opened at the fishing harbour in Chlopy, offering fresh and tasty dishes all year round, providing a new culinary attraction for visitors to the region.

2020
Offer development and new investments

In 2020, the company launched the production of fish preserves in jars, and the company's flagship product became 'paprykarz'. In addition, a year-round ‘Przystań Apartamenty’ apartment building was opened in Chłopy and, in cooperation with a local brewery, the company's own ‘Rybackie’ beer was launched.

2021
New horizons and expansion of coastal services

In 2021, the company opened a restaurant, fish shop, smokehouse and café at the fishing harbour in Unieście, expanding its catering offer. In addition, another seasonal restaurant was launched in Chlopy - ‘Na Bogato’ - and a water equipment rental facility at the pier in Chlopy, offering water scooters.

2022
Development of tourism and gastronomy in the region

In 2022, the first hotel ‘Zamek Na Piasku’ in Chlopy was opened after extensive renovation, and a new restaurant ‘Łajba’ was opened in Koszalin, enriching the gastronomic and tourist offer of the region.

2024
Further development

In 2024, the company completed the purchase of the ‘Bajgiel’ bakery in Będzino, a modern cold storage MTW Będzino Group was commissioned, and the construction of a new office building at the company's headquarters began, continuing the development of infrastructure and services.

2025
Online sales

In 2025, we acquired Poland's largest fish and seafood sales platform, eryby.pl, opening up new growth opportunities and strengthening our presence in the food market.
